Express Employment Professionals is seeking a MRD Technician to join a Tyler, TX Company. This role involves ensuring the efficient restocking of supply closets in various nursing locations and picking supplies as needed across all hospital areas. The MRD Technician will need to move frequently between units, interact with both patients and staff, and occasionally encounter expired patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock supply closets in nursing locations.
• Pick and distribute supplies as needed for all areas of the hospital.
• Move frequently between different units throughout the hospital.
• Interact with and see patients, including those who are deceased.
• Maintain accurate records of supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other hospital personnel to address supply needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to move frequently and carry supplies between units.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to undergo a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test.
• Successful completion of a background check. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical supplies and hospital inventory management.
