RV Technician & Service Representative | Batavia, OH 
1st Shift | $18+/hour based on experience 

 

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a full time RV Technician & Service Representative for a service and dealership location in Batavia, OH. This is a career-focused position for a candidate familiar with the RV world: service, parts, and features. 

 

Core Responsibilities: 

- Inspection of incoming RV's, both new and used. Evaluate condition of all parts and features, and determine immediate service needs. Inspect plumbing and electrical components, onboard appliances, and interior/exteriors
- Identify, document, and schedule necessary service and/or repair needs or upgrades. 
- Complete repairs and basic service needs as applicable. Communicate with parts and services team(s) for escalated repair or service needs

- Conduct customer walk-throughs

- Answer customer questions and concerns, provide information on RV features and specs

 

Requirements: 

- Prior experience in RV and automotive service; candidates with experience camping with travel trailers is preferred
- Functioning knowledge of basic trailer parts, functions, features, and travel protocols

- Experience with and possession of personal toolbox/tools

- Ability to engage in and complete new and ongoing training

- Professional, friendly, and inviting personality and appearance

- Ability to navigate basic computer functions, including email, internet search/browsing, researching, and documentation

 

Service Technicians will join a full time customer-driven team with sales and customer satisfaction at the core of its mission. This is a full time position with growth opportunity for a career-focused candidate. 

 

Shift: Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm, with one day off between Mon-Fri. 
Pay: $18+/hour, based on experience
