We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer for a company in Tyler, TX. This role is within the Trim Department, where you will guide gutters through the trim press machine and perform other essential tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate in the Trim Department, guiding gutters through the trim press machine after the CNC Programmer has set up the equipment.
• Use tin snips as part of the trimming process.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
• Participate in training to learn how to set up CNC equipment, with opportunities for career advancement.
• Perform tasks involving bending, stooping, pulling, stacking, and heavy lifting.
• Maintain good job performance and time management.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time with overtime as needed.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Strong motivation and performance-based work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
