Our Maintenance Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and equipment for a local housing complex.  You can work independently and have considerable leeway in making decisions on procedures to complete the task and also enjoy a great atmosphere with a supportive team to back you!   

Job highlights:

• Monday thru Thursday 7:00am until 4:00 pm, and will be on call every 4 weeks for a full 7 days and overtime applies. 
• Conveniently located in Owensboro, KY 
• Pay is at $18.00 or more BOE
• Benefits included and looking for someone to stay long term. 

Duties:

• Property maintenance that includes carpentry, painting, minor masonry projects, roofing, tiling and locksmithing
• Repairs and maintenance on a variety of electrical fixtures
• Estimate materials required for repairs
• Submit timely work records on a mobile device
• Must be able to take emergency service calls when on call, including weekends and holidays. 
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, good judgment, physical strength and agility.
