Salary: $18-$19.75 /Hour

Molding Machine Operator 

1st shift (7am -3pm)

2nd shift (3pm - 11pm)

3rd Shift  (11pm - 7am)

Pay Rate: $18/HR - $19.75/HR

 

Job Description:

• Repair and wax molds for surface imperfections
• Move and position mold sections using lift tables
• Brush wax onto mold sections to facilitate removal of elements from molds
• Lift upper mold sections from lower sections and remove elements
• Visually inspect elements to ensure quality
• Hang elements on appropriate racks for baking process
• Distribute elements to appropriate bins in saw department
• Accurately cast molds
• Monitor temperature of molds
• Monitor pressure gauges of casting machines
• Other duties as assigned

 

 Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Detail oriented
• Strong hand eye coordination
• Ability to lift up 50lbs
