Express Employment of Downey is seeking a RETURN MERCHANDISE CLERK for a lighting manufacturer in the city of Vernon, CA.

Schedule: 7:30AM to 4PM (Monday through Friday) - occasional overtime is possible
Pay: $19.00 an hour

Employment Type: temp to permanent hire

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile between the return merchandise authorization form and the physical product actually received   
• Evaluate the condition of the returned product   
• Photograph any defective parts/components, and naming and filing digital files of same   
• Update the RMA record in our computer system

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a quality control or receiving role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Self-starter and task oriented
• Good communication
• Team player
• Task oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and sit for long periods of time
