Accounts Payable Clerk

Express has partnered with a local company in West Des Moines, IA to actively recruit an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team.

This position is responsible for tracking and processing all accounts payable items.

Position Details;
-Accounts Payable experience required
-Full-time, 40 hour weeks

Responsibilities;
-Receive, organize and properly enter all accounts payable invoices
-Track all correspondence with vendors as it pertains to the payables function
-Responsible for making sure all transactions are processed in a timely manner -Process payables checks, mail and file appropriate paperwork
-Maintain accurate data entry and filing of invoices and payments
-Follow all operational and safety procedures
