Salary: $18.00-$24.00/Hour

We are looking for a medical Surgery Appointment Scheduler for a Neurosurgeon's office located in Sarasota. 

Duties: 

• Schedule patients in this high volume practice.
• Collect insurance information
• Obtain all related medical records from referring physician
• Extremely high call volume around 90+ calls a day

Experience: 

• Computer skills (excel, word, accounting and /or payroll software), Medicaid billing, accounts receivable, collections.
• Able to maintain confidential information
• Good grammar, voice and diction
• Excellent time management skills
• Minimum of two years RECENT experience as a APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER in a high volume Dr's office or Hospital (No Call Center Experience)

Clinical Experience not needed for this position - Medical Administrative Experience ONLY.
