PARALEGAL/LEGAL ASSISTANT

 

Solo practitioner seeking paralegal or legal assistant. 

This is a high-volume, fast-paced office.  Individual must be positive, self-motivated, organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Duties:  Electronic court filings, state and federal pleadings, Medicare filings, client contact, medical bill and record request/review, setting depositions, preparing trial exhibits, filing Worker’s Compensation cases and pleadings, typing dictation, scanning and sorting records in Clio (paperless office).

Proficient in Word, Adobe, Excel and Clio (a plus)
