We are hiring for Grounds and Maintenance Assistant in the Fort Wayne, IN area!! Pay is $16 and up per hour - 1st Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
-Assist Maintenance Leader with routine maintenance needs for apartment community facilities and grounds
-Basic care for grounds such as seasonal grounds, clean up, trash clean up, etc.
-Cleaning and changing filters in HVAC, replacing lights, install or troubleshoot issues
-Routine maintenance
-Previous experience preferred
Skills:
-Proven experience in a relevant field
-Ability to work independently and remain motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
