Logistics/Forklift Operator

 

Local area machine shop is seeking a qualified person to fulfill a Logistics/Forklift role.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
• Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
• Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
• Move materials throughout the facility via forklift

Skills:

• Must be reliable and dependable. Good attendance is expected
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Good customer service skills a plus
• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience a must
• Good computer skills
• Logistics knowledge a plus, but will train
