Compensation

• $17/hr - $18/hr based on experience

Schedule (2 Shifts available)

• Monday – Friday; 6:30am - 3:00pm
• Monday – Friday; 3:30pm - 12:00am

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setup for efficient operation of packaging lines
• Ensures product change-over will be done according to the SOP requirements.
• Optimize time and resource allocation techniques, and performance within manufacturing specifications.
• Familiar with the flow of materials to and from the production area to maintain line operational continuity.
• Have the knowledge of the repairs, preventative maintenance and daily support of packaging equipment in the manufacturing of aerosol products.

​Machine Operator Qualifications:

• The Machine Operator must have a minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing as it relates to filling, assembly, and packaging.
• Technical degree or background preferred.
• Knowledge or ability to learn to operate packaging machinery. Including, but not limited to labelers & shrink bundlers.
• Ability to stand and walk on feet during shift
• Effective verbal, listening, and communications skills
• Analytical skills and ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
