Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Accounting Clerk for local industrial business in McAlester.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Data Entry of Payables, Spreadsheets, etc
  • General office duties: E-Mailing, Scanning documents, faxing, etc
  • Checks Payable run, posted, signed
  • Extensive Filing for multiple company’s
  • Special Projects as needed

SKILLS: 

  • Computer Literate: Microsoft, Excel, Ten Key
  • Good Communication Skills: Oral and Written
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to meet Deadlines/Prioritize
  • Detail Orientated
  • Background in Accounting

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay:

$19.00-$20.00/hour - depending on experience
