We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of CNC Programmer/Machinist. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing various CNC machines, including HAAS Mill Machines and HAAS Lathe ST25, to produce transportation parts for railroads and veteran markers such as grave stones and plaques. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and have hands-on experience operating HAAS Mill and Lathe machines. Additionally, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential for success in this position. Job Requirements:

• Analyzing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and specifications to plan machining processes.
• Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances to ensure accurate machining outcomes.
• Setting up mills and lathes with precision by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, attachments, and other components.
• Monitoring drilling, grooving, cutting, and other machining processes, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintaining adherence to quality assurance procedures and processes to meet specifications.
