Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort is currently recruiting to fill an Apartment Maintenance Worker position in Omaha,NE!

• Pay will be based on experience!
• Schedule will be 40 hours per week within the hours of 8am to 5pm!
• Permanent position with room for growth!

Job duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Safely perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production floor, facility, and plant grounds.
• Performs tasks that require familiarity with proper equipment, procedures, and products used in building maintenance.
• Responsible for the weekly completion of any preventative maintenance duties as assigned including electrical repairs, flooring (tile, asphalt, concrete), shoveling snow, cleaning vents, weeding, watering plants, changing light bulbs, painting, sheet-rock, etc.
• Repairs: complete repairs as appropriate inside and outside
• Correct use of lockout/tagout program
• Attend documented training on company procedures
• Keep the maintenance shop and all work areas clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Working experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge and experience to perform the work
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
• Must have a high math aptitude, be assertive, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
