A premier Adult Residential Care Home provider in the Honolulu area is seeking qualified licensed practical nurses for their 130-bed facility: 113 nursing home beds, 69 skilled nursing beds and 17 care home beds. The facility was established over 80 years ago and serves as an educational site for high schools, community colleges and universities. They also partner with local organizations to ensure continuum of care.

Required:

Current State of HI LPN License

6 months or more of recent LPN experience (within the past 24 months/2 years)

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Current TB/2-Step TB/Chest X-Ray/QUANTIFERON
