Administrative Assistant and Client Support

 

Attention FAST-PACED, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS! I have a long-term, contract to hire position located in Burnsville available for someone to work in a beautiful office setting holding great responsibility here. This is a construction office with high-end clientele working in the design industry. This position is full-time with the following schedule: M-Thursday from 8am-5pm, Friday from 8am-1pm, and every other Saturday from 9am-1pm. It is a requirement to work every other Saturday.

 

Pay rate is $17-$20.00 hour to start depending on experience.

Duties will include:

• Greeting walk in customers in a front desk setting
• Measuring product
• Answering calls and assisting customer with product knowledge and beyond
• Turning purchase orders into work orders
• Scheduling jobs (data entry into company portal)
• Taking care of any and all issues that arise
• Using MS office Suite and Supply Pro
• Assisting administratively wherever needed

 

This is not a position for someone who is more comfortable taking orders from someone else, but rather someone who is independent and prefers to manage their day, time, and be accountable for all of their decisions.
