OFFICE ASSISTANT/LEASING SPECIALIST

 

Local Apartment Complex is currently seeking an Office Assistant.

*Leasing experience preferred, but not required. 

 

What will you do?

• Match prospective residents with their perfect home -- this means being well versed with our properties and amenities
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewals process as well as creation and implementation of marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple communication channels (phone, email, text)
• Process maintenance requests, prepare move-in paperwork, perform move-in orientations, maintain resident files
• Learn and comply with all Fair Housing Laws -- (We provide training)
• Pivot, roll up your sleeves, and jump in where needed!

Who you are -- We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Are proficient with computer applications and software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Appfolio, Outlook)
• Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrate superior attention to detail, high energy and positive attitude Have a high school diploma or GED
