Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 hourly BOE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Staffing Consultant to assist in a number of important functions such as recruiting, data entry, retention of employees and sales.

Staffing Consultant Job Highlights:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan orientations
• Provide support to employees and feedback to improve their success at a new career
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Gather and analyze data for empl9ymnet verifications
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Complete in-person and phone interviews

What We Look For In A Staffing Consultant

• Proven experience as HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Some knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Good typing skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus and compensated
• One or more years of experience in an applicable setting
• Applicants must be comfortable with data entry and administrative duties
• High school diploma/GED is required – higher education is ideal
