Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Operates cash register correctly with minimal errors. Gives customers cash register receipts. 
• Serves food according to standard portion sizes.
• Prepares food items from grill using proper procedures and portions. 
• Uses correct procedures to label, date, store and rotate all food items sold in cafeteria. 
• Cleans and sanitize cafeteria equipment and counters. 
• Keeps cafeteria stocked with correct amounts of food and supplies. 
• Keeps dining area clean. 
• Promotes positive attitude by smiling, pleasant phone voice. Does not argue with customers. 
• Keeps assigned area clean and stocked during lunch.
