DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Answer client calls and find solution to client needs
• On-board and complete new hire documents
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Client sales and retention
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications of Staffing Consultant:

• Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Fast paced and assertive
• Sales oriented
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 4 year college degree is preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, inside sales or customer service.
• Recruiting experience is a plus!
