Salary: $14+/Hour

is seeking an

Accounts Payable Clerk!

 

Duties include but not limited to:

-Data entry of payables, spreadsheets, etc..

-General office duties such as: e-mailing, scanning documents, faxing, etc..

-Extensive filing for multiple companies 

-Special projects as needed 

 

Desired Skills: 

-Computer literate in the following programs: Microsoft, Excel & Ten Key

-Good communication skills, both oral and written

-Organizational skills

-Detail oriented

-Background in Accounting

 

Education: 

-High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Pay: 

-$14+/Hour

 

Hours: 

-Monday - Friday

-8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
