Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• To keep all production machines running.
• Perform repairs on Hydraulic, Mechanical, and electrical components.
• Repair experience on CNC lathes (Okuma and Mazak) preferred.
• Hydraulics and PLC (Programmable logic control) experience/troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery.
• PM changing of coolant & oil.
• Duties: PLC repair 15%, Mechanical repair 35%, Electrical repair 15% and Hydraulic repair 35%. Knowledge of working with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) a plus

Maintenance Technician Skills / Requirements:

• Able to read blueprints (hydraulic and electrical)
• Must be able to identify when outside sources are needed for direction and when to ask for help from the Maintenance Manager.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Must have own tools (basic).
• Able to lift, bend, push/pull, carrying over 10 lbs. or more.
• Must have good communication.
• High Quality of work and safety awareness
• Steel toe safety shoes are required.
• Safety glasses w/side shields we provide unless employee wears prescription. Prescription safety glasses must be approved by OSHA standard and have side shields.
• Hearing protection is also mandatory in our manufacturing plant (we provide earplugs).

• Associate degree or related tech school certificate.
• At least 4 to 5 yrs. experience
