Product Support / Customer Service

Located in Birmingham, AL

Salary: $16.00 /hr. to start.

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, $16.00/hr. to start. Currently seeking an eager, friendly, hardworking Customer Service Representative to add to their Cellular Camera Customer Support team!  I-459 / Inverness area.

Responsibilities:

• Learning the products and systems for all cellular trail cameras
• Answering incoming customer calls needing assistance with said products and systems
•  Answering incoming emails from customers needing assistance for the same things
• No knowledge of trail cameras and/or hunting is needed. Complete training will be provided 

Requirements:

• The ability to be dependable, on time, and a team player
• Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills is A MUST
• Pleasant and clear speaking voice
• Good verbal and written communication skills

THE MAIN THING that makes YOU a great fit:

Deductive reasoning. Working through a problem or challenge with the camera with a customer. Outdoors/hunting experience is not required.  Must speak clearly with a good, upbeat phone voice. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity for someone that is seeking an administrative/office type of position, but may not have much experience. This is a small, family-oriented team and they are looking for someone to add to their team permanently!
