Express Employment is seeking a Customer Service Agent at local company in Moline, IL!

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent:

• Answering calls and handling customer inquiries
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to technicians
• Monitoring calls to ensure they have been properly dispatched

• Assisting with other duties as needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Agent:

• Bilingual Spanish/English or French/English is a plus

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or call center environment

• Proficient computer/technical skills

• Ability to multitask and adapt as needed
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation & Schedule details for the Customer Service Agent:

• Full-Time
• 1^st and 2^nd shifts available, must be open to one day of weekend work
• $16.00/hour
