Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM

Job Duties/ Requirements:

• Manage front desk area, screen calls, and manage all office calendars
• Assist with answering phone calls, filing, handing out packages to residents, and other task as assigned by the manager.
• Sitting/standing/going up and down stairs/lifting up to 30lbs when needed
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability
• Extremely dependable, punctual, and personally accountable
• Ability to build customer confidence and commitment to increasing customer satisfaction both for internal as well as external customers
• Friendly personality and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
