General Laborer / Production $15/HR

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $15/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 5am-3pm

Pay: $15/HR

Duties:

• Perform light to medium lifting of bakery items throughout the production process.
• Pull bakery items off the completion line with care and attention to quality.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow on the production line.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and be on feet for at least 8 hours per day.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of bakery items.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
