Salary: $18.46 an hour

A local manufacturing company in the Russellville area is hiring Production Operators to join their team. These positions are full time and depending on your attendance and performance you will be eligible to go permanent after 90 days. Company offers competitive wages and excellent benefits!

All positions are on 2nd and 3rd shift. Must be able to work overtime and have a flexible schedule to be able to work weekends when needed.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Operates production equipment
• Machine setups
• Make necessary settings or adjustments required
• Load/unload various racks, conveyors, and pallets in support of production
• Inspect components/assemblies throughout the process
• Keep the work area clean at all times
• Use measuring tools such as tape measure, micrometers, calipers 

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass math, reading, and measurement testing
• Must have strong mechanical abilities
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, and controls
• Previous manufacturing or related experience is required
