Apartment Maintenance Technician 

An apartment complex in Ann Arbor is looking for a Apartment Maintenance Technician.

What you’ll be doing as an Apartment Maintenance Technician 

• Maintain interior appearance of complex, including vacant apartment preparation, painting, upkeep of common areas, general maintenance
• Repair windows/glass, window frames, screens, doors, locks, and other repairs as needed
• Maintain grounds by removing litter, trash, and debris; sweep parking lots and sidewalks after trash collection; maintain clear and safe walkways, entrances, interior/exterior hallways, driveways, and parking lots; remove now and ice during winter

What you’ll need to succeed as an Apartment Maintenance Technician 

• 6 months of maintenance experience
• HVAC, carpentry, masonry, and basic maintenance knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Apartment Maintenance Technician 

• $17.00 hourly after higher on this would include a rent free 1 bedroom apartment
• $18.00 hourly without apartment
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • On call for weekends
• Ann Arbor, 48108
