Assembly Line Worker

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will connect parts into complex components by following detailed instructions with precision. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent manual dexterity, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow instructions, schematics, and manuals.

• Collect materials and tools to begin assembly.

• Take accurate measurements to ensure proper component fit.

• Assemble and align parts to create complex units.

• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.

• Keep detailed records of production and report issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly work at least 1 year experience

• Proficient with tools and machinery (e.g., clamps, presses).

• Strong understanding of quality control principles.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical fitness.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment & Safety:

• PPE provided.

• Adherence to social distancing and regular sanitization protocols.

Job Details:

• Location: Jefferson

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts 1st and 2nd shift

• Pay: $18.25–$21.25/hour, paid weekly.

• Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting required.
