We are hiring  Customer Service Representatives for SITKA Gear!

**All hiring will be handled through your local Express Employment Professionals. **

General Job Duties:

•          Answering phones
•          Assisting customers from around the world regarding questions about SITKA products
•          Responding to e-mails
•          Order entry/order management
•          Ensuring client accounts are current
•          Supporting other departments as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

•         Excellent customer service
•         Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment
•         Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
•         Ability to troubleshoot and address challenges constantly
•         Ability to navigate Microsoft Office
•         Must love outdoors and hunting knowledge preferred
•         MUST be available full-time hours with flexibility

Physical Requirements:

• Sit or stand for the duration of the shift
• Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)

Shifts: M-F, 7am-4pm           

Pay: $20/hr.
