Field Fabricator

Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm, with occasional Saturday. 

Pay $20-35/Hour DOE

 

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Field Fabricator.  In this hands-on role, the Employee will be responsible for fabricating equipment that supports the production teams onsite.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabrication skills including welding, cutting, grinding, and the operation of other steel fabrication equipment.
• Electrical and hydraulic skills are a plus.
• Walking, climbing, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing daily.
• Working outside in the elements. There is no cover. 
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in all aspects of our Production.

 

Qualifications/Knowledge Required:

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Candidates should be able to take initiative with minimal direction and be flexible regarding the immediate needs of the department.
• Must be able to work under inclement weather conditions (heat, cold, and rain).

Desired Skills: 

• Must have the flexibility to work in a team environment supporting fellow team members and manager.
• Punctual and highly organized.
• Ability to read technical manuals.
