Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance professional to join our clients team in Victoria, TX. 

As a maintenance worker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our client's properties, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. This role demands strong  proficiency in various maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

• EPA HVAC Certification: Plus but not required
• General Property Maintenance Skills: Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, sheetrock repair, and HVAC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, sheetrock, and HVAC units.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the property management team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
