We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our construction team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be an essential part of the concrete construction process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation of construction sites by setting up forms and ensuring they are properly aligned.
2. Pour and finish concrete using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed by the concrete finisher or supervisor.
3. Smooth and finish surfaces to specified textures, using hand tools or power equipment.
4. Assist in the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcements to support concrete structures.
5. Mix and transport concrete to job sites, ensuring the proper consistency and quality of the mix.
6. Set and align forms for various concrete structures, including foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and curbs.
7. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized construction site.
8. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Concrete Laborer or similar role in the construction industry is preferred.
2. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
3. Familiarity with concrete construction tools and equipment.
4. Basic knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
6. Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from supervisors and experienced concrete professionals.
7. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
8. OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are desirable.
