Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year
A reputed tool manufacturing company is looking for a senior level Manager to oversee a large manufacturing operation.
Prior experience in a similar capacity is a must, including liaison with manufacturing facilities in China.
This is an Executive level position and the selected candidate will be a part of the core leadership team that will decide the policies and the future direction of the organization. The right candidate will also be responsible for safe, efficient and profitable operation of the manufacturing facility. Provide direction, guidance and support to other highly skilled and motivated subordinate managers in their daily operations. Ensures compliance with production schedules and other specified guidelines. Monitors Plant operations to identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiencies. Develops and implements procedures to increase efficiencies. Oversee remotely and onsite manufacturing units based in China. Should be forward thinking to conceptualize development and implementation of new products.
