Job Description & Requirements:

MUST HAVE Experience in either Powder coating or Screen Printing. Client is willing to train on one of them, but not both.
Prepping parts to be painted, hanging them and learning how to powder coat sheet metal products
Demonstrated ability to effectively inspect assigned work and the work of others
Working alone and under time constraints with attention to high quality products.
Must have excellent manual dexterity, excellent vision and strong attention to detail.
1 FULL year of screen printing experience preferred.
1 Full year of powder coat experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate work information in English with a demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to assist in different departments and be used as an utility person to keep production in balance
Quality driven attitude
Ability to work under time constraints
