Dock Clerk Needed!

 

This position carries out all customer service related activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.  Other responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors/truck drivers, appointment scheduling and other clerical duties.

 

Job duties will also include to process and input all customer orders, prepare shipping / order picking paperwork for warehouse personnel, run stock reports to check for product availability, as well as generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.

 

Candidates must maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, shipments inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.

 

The client is looking for candidates with 2 to 4 years high profile customer service, very computer literate and internet savvy, as well as have some experience with warehouse management systems.

 

Candidates will need to have excellent phone manner and listening skills, flexibility, initiative and trouble shooting skills and the ability to take directions from multiple customers.
