Bilingual Counter Sales Representative $17-$21/HR DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Counter Sales Associate for one of our amazing clients in NW Portland. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and an energetic and outgoing personality. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Receive orders, fill out contract forms, establish charges for service requested, and assist in information changes, such as address and contact information
• Answer phones and field calls as needed
• Assist in handling complaints concerning billing or service rendered
• Perform clerical and administrative support duties for a sales department
• Prepare and distribute various sales reports
• Assist Customer Service and handle inquiries about products or services
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish and be able to effectively communicate in both languages both verbally and in writing
• Have strong typing and data entry skills
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Have strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability
• Be extremely dependable, punctual, and personally accountable
• Have a friendly personality and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Retail experience a plus
• Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
