Salary: $16.00 Day / $18.00 Nights

Our client is looking for a high energy persons to assist with their line production. The candidate must be able move quickly to ensure consistency and continued packing line productivity. This is a fast paced job which requires attention to detail and job dependability. If you are used to calling out, please do not apply. 

The production line assistant position is responsible for the packing and wrapping of finished products. The packer is also responsible for the movement of materials within the department and for storing or staging materials in designated areas.

Requirements

• Work in a fast-paced, demanding factory environment
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to work alternating shifts and some weekends
• Perform repetitive physical tasks
• Adhere to strict corporate safety policies and procedures
• Be detail oriented and accurately follow instructions
• Communicate clearly with co-workers and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other cleaning tasks as needed

• Ability to smoothly handle multiple demands and rapid change
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Must value hard work, respectful communication, and collaboration
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
