Account Customer Service Specialists Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly and keep accurate records of all transactions.
• Answer and direct incoming calls. Respond to inquiries by phone, fax and email.
• Freight costs and direct incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Follow up on customer orders to make sure material is delivered as promised
• Represent company in a professional manner.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products.
• Must be willing and able to balance customer’s needs with company’s interests.

 

Account Customer Service Specialists Requirements and Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly with superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability as a resourceful problem solver.
• Must be self-directed, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain
• Requires at least 1-3 years’ experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook.
• Must have own transportation.
