Core Responsibilities

  1. Receive incoming customer calls and process customer orders
  2. Answer customer service requests
  3. Office administration
  4. Staying in contact with existing customers
  5. Process accounts receivable and send out invoices to vendors
  6. Picking and packing boxes (50 pounds)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must:
1. Professional telephone manner.
2. Be able to multi-task.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft GP experience is an asset.
5. 2+ year of customer service, retail or sales experience.
