Salary: $18.50 / hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1	Gains comprehensive functional knowledge of the manufacturing equipment
2	Performs typical polymer compounds machine operations
3	Performs basic set-ups and completes required paperwork
4	Monitors the machine and reports abnormal conditions to the Supervisor
5	Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
6	Follows prescribed safety regulations and work instructions
7	Performs prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required
8	Moves materials as necessary
9 Perform Quality Checks testing during production(MFR, Ash, Color and Pellet Count)
10	Able to work at heights with Fall Arrest Training Provided (Example: On top of Railcars)
Education and Experiences
1	High school diploma or GED preferred
2	0 - 3 years experience in a production environment preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1	Basic math skills

Work Environment:
1	Regularly exposed to heat, dust, odors, oil, fumes, heat and noise.
Working Hours
1	12 hour shifts
2	Day shift - from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Night Shift - from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
3 1st shift-6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., 2nd Shift-2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. and 3rd Shift 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
