Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to work on a project in the Lake City, Florida area. 

Some of the duties:

1. Recruiting candidates

2. Screening and Interviewing

3. On Boarding new hires and introducing them to policies and procedures

Requirements:

1.  Professional phone presence

2. Familiar with MS Office Computer Software

3.Must be able to be a Self-starter

4. Must be able to clearly communicate with clients 

5. Must be able to make decisions 

6. Goal- driven 

 

This job does change from day to day. Depending on the schedule for the day. Some days you might be recruiting, some days interviewing, and some days reaching out to all the clients. This is a small team so must be able to work as a team to accomplish goals. Bonuses depending on performance.

Pay depending on experience.
