Production Operator II-Day Shift - Making a difference in the world by reducing carbon emissions

What you get to do:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to position Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
• Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
• Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
• Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
• Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
• Check final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods.
• Complete other tasks as required and/or directed.
• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.

What you need to be successful:
·  Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors.
·  Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
·  Intermediate computer literacy; ability to analyze and interpret data read-outs.
·  Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, leads, coworkers, etc.
·  Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic issues with machinery/position.
·  Soldering experience is an asset. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 06:00AM – 2:00PM

Pay: $21.00
