We are currently recruiting for a 3-year sales management role, designed for driven, motivated individuals who are ready to start their career on the ground floor and work their way into a management position.
This 150-year-old company has created a world class leadership development program, and they are looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to learn! Our client specializes in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning business to business sales. They are a leading national distributor of building products for the residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets.
Responsibilities and Duties – 3 Year Training and Development Program
- Phase 1 - 8-12 months - Warehouse operations, product knowledge, shipping and receiving
- Phase 2 – Approx 1 year - Counter Sales with a focus on customer care and front of house operations
- Phase 3 – Inside Sales – Focusing on building relationships and business lines
- Phase 4 – Operations – Training in Procurement, Accounts Receivables, Payables, and budgeting
- Phase 5 – Outside Sales – Focus on Sales Prospecting, new accounts and booking appointments
Qualifications and Skills
- Some post-secondary education considered an asset – including trade school
- An intermediate or advanced level of understanding in Microsoft Excel
- Strategic, motivated individual who is ready to invest in their career
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Sales inclination and interest in promoting your company brand
