A local Springfield area company is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will have core responsibilities in reconciling accounts, matching invoices for payments, and researching discrepancies. The Accounts Payable Specialist role is a vital role within the company, working directly with the accounting team. Our Accounts Payable Specialist will work independently, taking the lead on company reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on MS QuickBooks.

What we look for:

• A/P experience, at least 6 months in last position
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have experience in Quickbooks
