Express Employment professionals is looking for a 1st shift candidate. These positions are located in Janesville, Wisconsin and are seasonal with a possibility of going long term for the right candidate. This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals. This position will also load and unload products from machines once completed. Good attendance is must! The hours are based on a rotating schedule. You must have great communication skills, strong grammar and writing skills. Candidate will be working side by side with supervisors to write policies, procedures and training manuals.  This is a seasonal position expected to go through March.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write in English 100%
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Able to lift a maximum of 55 pounds and stand for an twelve-hour work shift
• Committed to quality, safety and communication
• Team-oriented and self-directed
• Background check required
• • Basic Math

  • Ability to work as a team or independently
  • Food Industry experience is preferred
