 Handyman – $15+/Hour DOE

A local Lake City, FL company is searching for a Handyman who will have core responsibilities in new mobile home repairs, setup and improvements. This job commonly works independently and as part of a team with limited supervision. This detail-oriented and hard-working skilled Labor position is important to our success and will help work internally with other staff and management to complete goals on a daily and weekly basis. Completing projects within specifications and maintaining quality work is valued.

What we look for:

• Experience in Handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Trade school training a plus
