HVAC Maintenance Technician

Located in Lake City, FL

Open position with our company in Lake City, FL for a HVAC certified property maintenance technician. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the upkeep of our five apartment complexes within the Lake City area. Your primary tasks will be in HVAC work. You will be responsible for regular inspections of units, performing routine and preventative maintenance, responding to calls when issues arise, and getting units back up and running after a concern.

While we are looking for someone who is an all-around handyman, there are some specific skills we need in this position. They are:

• Strong HVAC experience – HVAC certification is preferred
• Honest and trustworthy
• Good attendance record
• High school Diploma or Equivalent

In addition you must be able to either provide us with or submit to:

• Professional references
• Background check
• Drug screening

Pay begins at $15/hour with potential for increases.
