Lake City Company is seeking to hire a maintenance assistant in the field of mechanical operations. This position is perfect for someone who likes working with their hands, can troubleshoot current issues but also works in such a way as to prevent future issues from occurring.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a trustworthy, hardworking individual who wants to grow with a company. You would have experience working with a variety of mechanical equipment such as auto mechanics, machine shop equipment, etc. We are also looking for someone that is trainable in additional skill sets.

Responsibilities & Qualifications include:
• Working on mechanical equipment in a safe manner
• Having a hard working attitude
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to lift 40+lbs
• Able to efficiently manage own schedule
• Can think outside of the box to solve problems
• Has a preventative maintenance mindset
• 1+ years’ experience working in this type of industry
